Passing Of Title--At Place Of Shipment
PASSING OF TITLE--AT PLACE OF SHIPMENT
Title to the [Type of goods] sold under this agreement shall pass to buyer on sellers delivery to carrier at the point of shipment unless such products are delivered by [Trucks or as the case may be] operated by seller, in which case, title to the products shall remain and be in seller and shall pass to buyer on delivery to buyer at buyers destination point or points. Buyer agrees that buyer will incur no indebtedness whatever on behalf of seller in the above-mentioned operation, nor employ any employees for on behalf of seller.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
